 Results from VanDyke Software seventh annual commissioned survey of network administrators and IT executives revealed that company size may impact intrusion rates with small enterprises reporting an increasing rate of intrusions over the past several years. Large companies reported a decline in intrusions between 2010 and 2011. Other findings cover the role of employees in successful intrusions and shifting opinions about the security impact of offshore outsourcing.
